The final Offer must identify the Site, service term, fees, and the work included before the Contract is presented for acceptance. No public price is stated in this document. The service is scoped to designing and building a static landing site from a public source website or business details, photos, and brand assets supplied by the owner, with owner review and minor change requests as stated in the Offer. A private Contract copy records the exact Site and Offer context, including the saved service-fee and setup-fee amounts. This local-review page is not an Offer and does not accept a Contract. Payment timing, the first Service date, renewal, setup-fee treatment, and Support requests are described in the Contract copy. Custom-domain, DNS, TLS, uptime, analytics, intellectual-property ownership, and dispute terms require review before approval and are not promised here.
